An Evening with Niall Harbison
How Rescuing Dogs Saved Me

An Evening with Niall Harbison

What’s the one thing a dog can teach us? For Niall Harbison, it was everything.

A few years ago, Niall’s life looked very different. Addiction had almost got the better of him, but when he came across a dog shackled to a short chain, malnourished and barely holding on, something about her stopped him in his tracks. Maybe it was the way she reminded him of his own battles, or the fact golden retrievers are rare in Thailand, but he knew she was special.

He named her Tina, and what she did next became an incredible story of survival, hope, and love.

Now, Niall is taking to the stage to share the next chapter of his life. He will discuss how rescuing street dogs saved him, and how Tina’s story sparked something even bigger in Niall’s life: the creation of his charity Happy Doggo and Tina’s Hospital – a sanctuary for Thailand’s most vulnerable dogs.

Alongside Tina’s legacy, Niall will reflect on other incredible dogs he’s met along the way - with their own unique stories of resilience and love – and the lessons they taught him. With the opportunity to ask your own questions, join Niall for an honest, uplifting and unique conversation.

If Hope was the beginning, this is what comes next.
