Inspired by his father, Gaz’s love for cooking started early, leading him into professional kitchens by the age of 15. After years working in top restaurants and facing personal health challenges, he made a dramatic shift to a plant- based lifestyle, reigniting his passion for food in a whole new way.  

In this one-of-a-kind show, Gaz will take you on a personal tour of his garden offering a behind-the-scenes look at life on the homestead and the journey he went on to get there. Gaz will reveal how growing his own food has transformed not just his cooking, but also his health and perspective on life.  

Together you'll explore the day to day of a self-sufficient lifestyle, the joy and necessity of techniques like preserving, fermenting & herbal remedies. Examining how these age-old methods that celebrate nature’s rhythms, not only allow the season’s produce to shine long after it’s harvested, but can directly impact your physical, mental well-being & spirituality.  

But homestead life comes with its challenges, too. Gaz will reflect on the hard-earned lessons of growing his own food, all while finding beauty in the daily connection to the land and the stunning Welsh countryside.
